Section A1
In order to promote the brand effectively, we strive to make it as simple and straightforward as possible, but there should also be some rules and regulations in place. When it comes to the promoting steps, one of our Support staff members will provide you with a way to promote, including how much and how it is intended to be promoted, and you will receive a copy of a document verifying everything that has been discussed between you and the team associate. Documentation should include information regarding promotion. You must carry out promotions in accordance with the documentation on the amount you are required to promote or to the extent that you and the team have agreed. Please follow the steps you agreed to follow in order to receive the promised benefits. If you fail to do so, we will not be able to provide the promised benefits to you. We can excuse you from completing the promotion steps if you notify a support staff member and keep us informed as often as possible if you are experiencing personal circumstances that may impact your ability to complete the steps. We will hold your benefits until you can post the required promotion steps again or until further notice is provided regarding your situation.

In the event of any delay in promotion, especially when you begin as a new partner, this will significantly affect how you receive benefits. For example, suppose you are required to post three feed posts per month, but you could only do two feed posts in the first month. Now we will send you part of the benefits to compensate for your promotion; however, it will be different from the total compensation you were promised. In order to receive the remaining benefits, you must double up next month and also complete the required promotion that month in order to receive the benefits the following month. As an example, if you were required to do three feed posts last month, you would have to do four feed posts next month in order to receive the remainder of the previous month's benefits and the remainder of the current month's benefits. You are free not to double up next month in order to receive the remaining benefits. In the event that you do not post at all. No benefits will be provided to you. It is important to note that if the required promotion steps are not completed, the benefits that you will receive will be affected. When it comes to new partners who have been offered a deal to purchase a product from our storefront in order to become partners, the process may be different. You will receive your first benefits upon receiving the product you purchased and promoting it; until that step is completed, you will receive the first benefits. You will not be required to perform three feed posts once you receive your first benefit, for example (If you are required to perform three feed posts monthly). As soon as you receive the product you purchased, you are automatically required to post at least one feed post, and once you receive the benefits we agreed to send you, you will begin following the steps agreed upon to promote the product) Once that is done, SA1 and SA2 apply.

As a new Member, you usually need to purchase your first item in most circumstances because you are not already a customer. The Membership is typically available to people who have been customers of Falisiano for at least two - five months. Here's a deal for people who want to take a chance on themselves and are interested. The purchase of the first product can be very beneficial because it is more of a trust situation that depends on both parties pulling through. This gives both parties more motivation to carry out the task at hand. In addition, it provides anyone who would like to be a part of a rapidly growing brand the opportunity to do so; in contrast to most brands that tend to select a few individuals to send a product to and have them promote it, Falisiano offers you a complete experience of benefits and the expansion of your influence and reputation. We are allowing up to 1000 - 2500 Partners by August 20th, 2024; once that amount is hit, we are no longer offering the purchase of an item to get in the Membership or customers.

In order to give an opportunity or deal such as this, there must be rules and an understanding, so there will be no confusion and mishaps. Purchase of the first item as a member of this membership does not constitute a customer purchase since you are purchasing on behalf of the membership. Therefore, all customer policies are not applicable to this order. Imagine, for example, that you wish to receive a refund for your purchase; However, this is a policy of Falisiano, not Falisiano Membership. However, there is a money back guarantee in place, as outlined in section A4 of Policy 2. 
Section A3
Any Disputes or chargebacks will ultimately lead anybody to be kicked out of the partnership; we will contact you on behalf of this dispute. If no agreement can be reached, you'll be released automatically and never be able to join the partnership again. You'll be blocklisted on Falisiano and specific brands that prevented you from reinstalling collaboration with them.

 90-DAY Money Back Guarantee

Money back guarantee of 90 days - When purchasing the first item to participate in the Falisiano Fashion Membership program, there is a certain amount of scarcity associated with the product, and we understand this and strive to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. As a result, if you promote for the brand and you do not receive at least one product or payment within 90 days of the beginning of the promotion in which you are required to participate, you will be eligible for a refund. 

 

IF THESE FACTORS APPLY TO YOUR SITUATION, THEN YOU ARE ELIGIBLE.

  • It has been 90 days since I submitted my promotion submission, and I have not received a free item of my choice or a payout for an additional promotion. 

  • I have never been informed by a member of support staff as to why I have not received my benefits 

In the event of delays caused by low budgeting or long shipping times due to carrier delays, the 90 day money back guarantee will not apply since it is beyond our control. 

Tracking of items and Delivery purchased 
Section A5
Please allow up to the time it says for items to be delivered, depending upon the shipping option you selected. When tracking the item you purchased, you would do the same as if you were tracking a regular order; delivery varies depending upon the shipping option you selected. In the event that the product is taking longer than the stated time, please let a support staff member know so that we can do everything within our power to contact the carrier and check the status of this order. Disclaimer: Once the product is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for its delivery.  In light of this offer, we understand that waiting for an item for a long period of time can be frustrating. Please contact a member of the team and we will assist you as soon as possible.

So we understand that you may want to promote different brands, And we courage this because the point of the membership is not only to allow you to receive excellent benefits but also to dip your feet in the water to test it, really the gate to more opportunities like this in future. We have a couple of boundaries when it comes to you promoting for other brands, and One thing does not advance our products with the other brand products within the same photo or same Carousel; if this is done, you'll be issued a strike, what this strike means it limits the benefits you'll receive and the opportunity we may give you, now the strike can be lifted depending the circumstances, you can always reach a member of our team by booking meeting call discussing the situation at hand.

When it comes to providing benefits such as free clothes, we do our best to deliver the highest quality products that you select in a timely manner. Naturally, there will be situations and obstacles in the way that may prevent that from occurring. On the free clothing submission page, you will be able to submit up to three items of your choice for your free clothing benefit. When it comes to shipping your chosen items. Depending on how you submit your promotions, we may send them out in multiple ways, such as sending them all at once or one by one week by week. Our company may experience delays if the following occur (quantity of the clothes , type of clothing item, Inventory, time of year/ holidays, or low budget occurrences that may occur). Those scenarios that may arise may affect the delivery date of the clothes that you selected (estimated delivery time).In the event that this scenario occurs, we urge you to continue promoting despite the circumstances. In this situation, you can contact a member of the team who will be able to guide and assist you.

Section A2

The payout will be sent within two weeks of the acknowledgement of the task by a member of support staff. A confirmation email will be sent to you indicating when you will receive the payout. Please note, however, that this date is not guaranteed due to possible delays, such as the following (time of year/holidays, low budget occurrences, etc. ). Feel free to contact a team member at any time to check on the status of your payout.

You must complete the required promotion within the timeframe that has been set for you by a team member before you can do extra promotion for the payout. You will also need to complete the extra promotion within the required timeframe of the required promotions. Additionally, we will pay you based on the quality of your posts, the theme, the number of posts, and the appeal of your posts.

We understand that the circumstances that may occur may result in you no longer promoting for us. The following requirements must be met if you wish to leave the Membership 

 

  • It is required that you have been a member of the membership for at least two months and have completed the promotion that you received from a member of our team during those two months.

  • Please contact a member of our support staff and explain the reason for your decision.

    In the event that you are unable to meet these requirements for whatever reason, you will be able to discuss an alternative that may best suit you with the creative director and above.

Any profanity towards other members of the Fashion Membership or Support staff can lead you being removed from this Fashion membership, There will be no tolerance for disrespectful behavior to  our staff and members. Threats, heinous remarks, manipulation, and other forms of intimidation will not be tolerated, and will result in the termination of your membership. In addition, there will be no abuse of the services we provide and no abuse of other members of this program in any way. If you take any of these actions, you may be removed from the membership at any time.
